SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Dialogue coaching, script breakdown, and character support delivered on set or in production. I work collaboratively with directors and creative teams, sign NDAs as required, and support actors at every experience level, including those transitioning from adjacent disciplines. A free initial consultation is offered to discuss project scope; rates are quoted individually.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice or more can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Sessions cancelled with between 24 and 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled, but not cancelled or refunded. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as conducted and are non-refundable. Late cancellations and rescheduling outside these windows may incur an administration fee. Payment must be received in advance of any session; sessions cannot be conducted without payment received, and late payment may also incur an administration fee. Late arrival: if you arrive late to a session, I cannot guarantee that the full session time will be made up — the session will still end at its scheduled time. Block packages: 5-session packages are valid for 3 months and 10-session packages for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once any session within a block package has been used, the package cannot be cancelled or refunded, in whole or in part. In genuine exceptional circumstances, I may, at my discretion, agree to extend a package's validity — please get in touch in writing to discuss. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
