ACCESS POLICY.
Last updated: 1st August 2026
1. Purpose
I'm committed to making coaching sessions accessible and appropriately accommodated for every client. This policy explains how I handle access needs you share with me.
2. Sharing Access Needs
When booking a session, you're welcome to share any access needs or requirements — physical, sensory, cognitive, or otherwise — so that sessions can be planned appropriately. This might include mobility considerations, sensory sensitivities, processing or communication preferences, or other support needs.
3. How This Information Is Used
Any access needs you share are used solely to plan and deliver your session appropriately, and are treated as confidential. Where this information reveals health-related data, it is collected only with your explicit consent and handled in line with my Privacy Policy's provisions on special category data.
4. Studio Accessibility
Studio sessions take place at external third-party venues. I always aim to book venues that are accessible, but as these spaces are not owned or managed by me, I'm unable to guarantee accessibility features (such as lift access) at all times. If you have specific access requirements, please let me know in advance so I can check the suitability of the venue before booking, or discuss alternative arrangements, including online sessions.
5. Getting in Touch
If you have any questions about accessibility before booking, please contact me directly at richard@richardddelaney.com — I'm happy to discuss what would work best for you.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your visit applies.
