  • Spotlight profile link or other professional casting profiles, where provided

  • Access needs or requirements you share with me to ensure sessions are appropriately accommodated

  • Basic website usage data via Wix's built-in analytics (e.g. pages visited, general location, device type)

3. Why I Collect It (Lawful Basis)


I collect and use your data to:

  • Provide and manage coaching services and bookings (performance of a contract)

  • Respond to enquiries you send me (legitimate interest)

  • Send marketing emails, but only if you have actively opted in via the mailing list (consent)

  • Meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations (legal obligation)

3a. Special Category Data


Where you share information about access needs that reveals health-related information (for example, a physical, sensory, or mental health consideration), I collect this only with your explicit consent, and solely to ensure your coaching sessions are safely and appropriately delivered. This information is not used for any other purpose, is kept confidential, and is retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose.

4. How Long I Keep It


I retain client and booking records for as long as required for accounting and financial purposes, in line with my accounting period, after which records are securely deleted. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Who I Share It With


I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by:

  • Wix.com (website hosting, booking system, payment processing, and analytics)

  • Any party required by law (e.g. HMRC, for financial records)
