CANCELLATION POLICY.

1. Validity of Block Packages

5-session packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. 10-session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within the validity period are forfeited.

In genuine exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement, or other serious personal circumstances), I may, at my discretion, agree to extend a package's validity period. Requests should be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

• Sessions cancelled with 48 hours' notice or more may be cancelled or rescheduled.

• Sessions cancelled with between 24 and 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled, but not cancelled or refunded.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as conducted and forfeited.

• Any cancellation resulting in a refund may incur an administration fee, reflecting non-refundable payment processing costs already incurred. This applies regardless of the notice period given.

• If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by me, no fee will be charged, and I will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative time.

3. Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a session, I cannot guarantee that the full session time will be made up; the session will still end at its scheduled time.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in advance of a session; sessions will not be conducted without payment. Late payment may incur an administrative fee.

5. Block Packages

 

Once any session within a block package has been used, the package cannot be cancelled or refunded, in whole or in part.

 

6. Studio Sessions

​

Studio sessions are inclusive of studio hire. Block discounts apply to the coaching portion of the fee only; the studio allocation is not discounted.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

 

Under UK law, you generally have the right to cancel a service booked at a distance (e.g. online) within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply once a bespoke or personalised service — such as an individually tailored coaching session — has begun with your consent, or where you have expressly requested the service to start within the 14-day period. By booking a session or package, you acknowledge and agree that coaching may begin within this period, and that your right to a full refund may accordingly be limited once a session has taken place.

 

8. Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

 

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and — where a price is not agreed in advance — at a reasonable cost. For more information on your rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.

 

9. Confidentiality

 

Where relevant (particularly for on-set coaching), confidentiality will be maintained, and non-disclosure agreements will be signed as required.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

 

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
