Copying, distributing, modifying, or uploading content without prior written consent is prohibited. 3. Membership and Bookings
Clients can become members of the Website to access additional benefits and savings. Clients can book coaching sessions and workshops, subject to availability. Payments for Services are processed online at the time of booking. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments for Services are processed online using various payment methods. See our Payment Providers' Terms and Conditions for further information. Cancellations must be made with more than 48 hours' notice for refunds. Refunds may be subject to an administration fee and can take 7 to 10 working days to process.

Our Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee success in the acting industry solely through coaching. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Richard Delaney holds personal liability insurance through Equity (First Act Insurance) and has a valid DBS (Basic). In-person coaching sessions fall under the Terms and Conditions of the hired venue.
