  • Clients can book coaching sessions and workshops, subject to availability

  • Payments for Services are processed online at the time of booking

  • Refer to the Cancellation Policy for information on cancellations and refunds

 

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments for Services are processed online using various payment methods

  • Cancellations must be made with more than 48 hours' notice for refunds

  • Refunds may be subject to an administration fee and can take 7 to 10 working days to process

 

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • I do not guarantee success in the acting industry solely through coaching

  • I shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my Services

  • My total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

 

6. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to:

  • Be punctual for appointments

  • Keep login information secure

  • Make payments promptly

  • Respect intellectual property and not record, copy, or download sessions or resources unless permitted

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is my property or that of my content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

I hold personal liability insurance through Equity (First Act Insurance) and have a valid DBS (Basic). In-person coaching sessions fall under the Terms and Conditions of the hired venue.
