The online consultation provides a pivotal role in my working relationship with new clients as it gives people the opportunity to ask any questions and to find out how I work. Most importantly, it gives me the chance to understand what your goals are and what you wish to achieve through coaching - as well as being able to hear about your own journey so we can maximise the impact of your first session.

I understand, however, that this is not always possible, which is where this questionnaire comes in.

You will most likely have a session approaching if you have been sent this form, and if you have not been able to attend an online consultation, this form becomes even more valuable.
