My Core Values
The Foundations of My Coaching
Transparency
In every aspect of my work, I believe in clear, open communication. From my coaching methods to my business practices, I strive for transparency. This means you'll always know where you stand, what to expect, and how we're working to help you achieve your goals.
I believe that honest feedback, delivered with care, is the foundation of growth.
Empathy
Acting is an inherently vulnerable craft - as is learning and self development. I approach every session with empathy, creating a safe space where you can take risks and explore freely. My coaching is tailored to your unique needs and experiences, acknowledging that every actor's journey is different.
I'm here to support you, not just as an actor, but as a whole person.
Community
Theatre is a collaborative art, and I believe learning should be too. I foster a sense of community among my clients, encouraging peer support and shared learning. Whether in group workshops or one-on-one sessions, we emphasise the power of connection and collective growth.
Together, we're building a supportive network of artists who lift each other up.
Curiosity
The best actors are lifelong learners, always questioning, exploring, and pushing boundaries. I nurture this spirit of curiosity in all my work. I encourage you to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and approach your craft with a sense of wonder and experimentation.
My methods are ever-evolving as I continuously seek new insights and techniques.
Liberation
My ultimate goal is your artistic liberation. I work to free you from self-imposed limitations, societal expectations, and restrictive habits. Through my coaching, you'll discover new aspects of your talent, break through creative blocks, and find the freedom to fully express your unique artistic voice.
I believe that when actors are truly liberated, their performances can transform themselves and audiences.
My Values
My coaching and educational work is guided by a set of core values that inform every aspect of our coaching.
These principles are not just words on a page; they are the bedrock of our approach to actor training and development. They shape how we interact with our clients, design our programs, and measure our success.
These five central pillars of my practice include: transparency; empathy; community; curiosity; and liberation.
