Undecided if a coaching package is right for you? Want to find out more about what each session might entail? Not sure what you want to work on? That's natural. For every new client I offer a free consultation before they begin with a one-off session or a scheme of work. These sessions, irrespective of the format, are solely focussed on what you want to achieve and to achieve it in a way that stretches you, leaving you more confident. Cancellation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please get in touch 48 hours before the start of your booked session. Should you discover you are no longer be able to attend your session 48 to 24 hours before the commencement of the booking, do get in touch, and every effort will be made to reschedule your class. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be liable for the session's deposit, and may be required to pay the full fee. PLEASE NOTE: If you have booked a studio-based session, the cancellation requirements for this fee may be different as it will depend on the studio's own policy. Rearrangement and/or cancellation may still require full studio payment. Please check in advance what your options are.
