Once you join the site and become a member, you can earn points on certain products and services, and then, when you reach a target amount, you can redeem it against specific services to save money. It's not possible for everyone to fork out for the block bookings in one go, and to save you from losing out on a discount, there are loyalty points to reward returning customers.

You'll be updated on offers and discounts once you've joined the site as a member. You'll also get advanced notice of workshops as well as content and blogs containing helpful hints to develop your artistry. By receiving regular updates, you'll never miss out on when you are eligible to redeem those hard-earned points - as well as being able to keep track of them on your membership page.

All The Small Print
These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the loyalty program offered by Richard Delaney ("us," "we," or "our") on the website https://RichardDDelaney.com ("Website"). By becoming a member of the loyalty program, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the loyalty program.

1. Membership Benefits

1.1 Exclusive Content: Members of the loyalty program ("Members") will receive access to exclusive emails with content reserved solely for Members.

1.2 Loyalty Points: Members earn loyalty points by booking coaching sessions on the Website. Loyalty points can be redeemed against eligible services. Points cannot be earned or redeemed for workshops or other specified offers.

1.3 Points Redemption: Loyalty points can be redeemed against services available for redemption. Points cannot be redeemed for services that are already discounted, except where explicitly stated on the service or product.
​
1.4 Bonus Points: Members will receive bonus points upon joining the loyalty program. Equity Members can still redeem points while receiving their 10% discount.

1.5 Advanced Notice: Members will receive advanced notice of workshops and seasonal/periodic offers that are exclusive to Members.

2. Points Duration and Changes

2.1 Points Duration: Points earned by Members will last indefinitely until redeemed.
​
2.2 Changes to Terms: Any changes to the terms, conditions, and durations of the loyalty program will be communicated to Members by email. Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact details and checking emails, including junk mail, to stay informed of changes.

3. Membership Eligibility

3.1 Sign-up: Clients become Members by signing up through the https://RichardDDelaney.com/my-account page.

3.2 Age Requirement: Members must be over the age of 16. Clients under this age must have a parent or guardian sign up on their behalf.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

4.1 Data Collection: No additional data will be collected for the loyalty program beyond what is necessary for signing up for the mailing list.

5. Termination and Disqualification

5.1 Loss of Points: Repeated bounce-back of emails may result in the loss of accrued loyalty points.

5.2 Disqualification: Members providing false information, having bad debt, or breaching conditions of User Conduct or other Website policies may be disqualified from the loyalty program.
