Block Booking and Cancellation Policy for Richard Delaney's Online Coaching Sessions

Thank you for choosing Richard Delaney's Online Coaching Sessions to enhance your acting skills. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for block booking of online coaching sessions and the associated cancellation policy. By engaging in the block booking of coaching sessions with Richard Delaney, you agree to the following terms:

1. Block Booking: Block booking refers to the purchase of multiple online coaching sessions with Richard Delaney in advance. Block booking offers can be found on Richard Delaney's website: https://RichardDDelaney.com/actor-trainer.
    

2. Payment and Discount: The payment for block bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. A 10% discount applies to block bookings, and as such, refunds are not possible.
    

3. Booking Procedure: To book a block of coaching sessions, please follow the instructions provided on Richard Delaney's website or contact Richard Delaney at richard@RichardDDelaney.com. Before making a block booking, please ensure that you have reviewed the available schedule and confirmed your availability for the selected dates and times.
    

4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling of a coaching session within your block booking must take place at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the originally scheduled session may be forfeited and considered as conducted.
    

5. Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not possible for cancellations of coaching sessions within your block booking. If you need to cancel a coaching session within your block booking, the following conditions apply:
    

   • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may reschedule the session for an available date and time.
      

   • Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session: The session will be considered as conducted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
      

6. Missed Sessions: If you miss a coaching session within your block booking without prior notification, the session will be considered as conducted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
    

7. Richard Delaney's Cancellation and Rescheduling: On rare occasions, Richard Delaney may need to reschedule a session due to reasons beyond his control. In such instances, every effort will be made to accommodate you, and maximum notice will be given.
    

8. Expiration: Block bookings have an expiration period of 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining unused coaching sessions will expire.
    

9. Inclusive Learning Environment, Hate Speech, and Coaching Etiquette: Richard Delaney's coaching practice is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment for all participants. Hate speech, non-inclusive language, or discriminatory actions will not be tolerated during coaching sessions. Clients are requested to be punctual for their coaching sessions. Late running may result in shortened sessions to accommodate subsequent appointments.
    

10. Disclaimer: Richard Delaney's Online Coaching Sessions aim to enhance acting skills and techniques. However, success in the acting industry cannot be guaranteed solely through coaching sessions.
     

11. Modification of Policy: Richard Delaney reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated on the website or via email to participants who have made block bookings.
