Cancelation policy

Thank you for choosing Richard Delaney as your coach to enhance your acting skills. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking coaching sessions, both online and in-person, as well as workshops, whether purchased individually or as part of a block booking. By engaging in any coaching services offered by Richard Delaney, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Block Booking:
   1.1. Booking refers to the purchase of individual coaching sessions, workshops, or a block booking of multiple sessions with Richard Delaney.
   1.2. Block booking offers can be found on Richard Delaney's website: https://RichardDDelaney.com/.

2. Payment and Discount:
   2.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
   2.2. A 10% discount applies to block bookings, and as such, refunds are not possible.

3. Booking Procedure:
   3.1. To book coaching sessions, workshops, or block bookings, please follow the instructions provided on Richard Delaney's website or contact richard@RichardDDelaney.com.
   3.2. For block bookings, review the schedule and confirm availability for the selected dates and times.

4. Rescheduling:
   4.1. Rescheduling of a coaching session, workshop, or session within your block booking must take place at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
   4.2. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the originally scheduled session may be forfeited or considered conducted.

5. Cancellation and Missed Sessions:
   5.1. Cancellations for individual coaching sessions, workshops, or sessions within your block booking are subject to the following conditions:

   • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may reschedule for an available date and time.

   • Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session: The session will be considered as conducted, and no refund or credit will be issued.

   • 5.2. Missed sessions without prior notification will be considered as conducted, and no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Richard Delaney's Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   6.1. On rare occasions, Richard Delaney may need to reschedule a session due to reasons beyond his control. Every effort will be made to accommodate you, with maximum notice provided.

7. Block Booking Expiration:
   7.1. Block bookings have an expiration period of 12 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions after this period will expire.

8. Payments and Deposits
   8.1. All services require a deposit to be paid at the point of booking, with some requiring full payment

9. Coaching Etiquette and Inclusivity:
   8.1. Richard Delaney's coaching practice fosters an inclusive learning environment. Hate speech, non-inclusive language, or discriminatory actions will not be tolerated. Punctuality is requested; late-running sessions may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

10. Disclaimer:
    10.1. Coaching sessions, workshops, and services aim to enhance acting skills and techniques. However, success in the acting industry cannot be guaranteed solely through coaching.

11. Modification of Policy:
    11.1. Richard Delaney reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website or via email to participants.
